What you do

• Together with product owners, system architects and teams, you will develop a product vision and roadmap for application integration, the OpenShift platform and our Developer Experience platform.
• You are responsible for the further development and prioritization of our product portfolio within the framework of SAFe and align investments with the greatest benefit for software development.
• You know the needs of our development and DevOps teams and translate them into powerful platform services.
• With Agentic AI you promote standardization, automation and self-service and simplify software development.
• You network technical specialists, architecture, internal customers and external technology partners and create an understanding of goals and priorities.
• You will continue to develop our platforms in a future-oriented manner, combining developer experience, stability, security, efficiency and technological progress. What you bring
• You have a university degree or a comparable education and training in computer science, business informatics or a related field.
• You will bring in-depth experience in the product management of IT products or platforms and know how to work together in an agile organization, ideally according to SAFe.
• Modern software development, DevOps and platform concepts are familiar to you. You can classify topics such as OpenShift/Kubernetes, CI/CD, Developer Platforms, APIs or application integration and discuss them with technical specialists at eye level.
• You structure complex technical and organizational relationships, derive a clear direction from them and set viable priorities even for different interests.
• In cooperation with different stakeholders, you communicate clearly, create orientation and convince through impact instead of formal leadership.
