For our Production Division, we are looking for a (M/F) Operations Technician whose main mission will be to coordinate and supervise the various activities of the production workshop - machining and finishing.
Combined with the entire production process, it is able to integrate a multidisciplinary team of specialists and collaborate with support services.

- Ensure the proper functioning and performance of the means of production, while respecting the objectives of the sector,
- Support daily the workshop's trades in the event of technical difficulties and quality,
- Diploma of ES Technician or diploma deemed equivalent, First industrial experience,
Main responsibilities
- Ensure the proper functioning and performance of the means of production, while respecting the objectives of the sector,
- Support daily the workshop's trades in the event of technical difficulties and quality,
- Be the technical sponsor of the area, analyze the risks, communicate them to the workshop and follow them, Managing tools and consumables, Define and maintain indicators,
- Lead and lead the various technical sessions,
- Ensuring the reliability of the workshop's core data and compliance with procedures,
- Analyze production data and ensure the reliability of our information system entries,
- Check compliance of new tools and processes,
- Participate in the qualification of new products, continuous improvement actions and optimisation of operating procedures. Profile
- Knowledge of problem solving quality tools (8D, Pareto, etc...), Ability to analyse important data, A strong team spirit, listening and autonomous, Excellent written and oral communication,
- Watchmaking experience and concept of project conduct: an asset,
