- Experience of a few years: in the production of foodstuffs in large volumes
- Completed Professional Learning (CFC): Cook CFC or equivalent training Reliable and autonomous Natural Leadership Stress resistant and well organized Demonstrate empathy and openness Flexible, proactive and versatile Careful and conscientious person Knowing how to work as a team Federal chef's certificate, an asset
- Several years of experience driving a kitchen brigade
- Mastery of common IT tools (M365), SAP, an asset
