What you do
- You will be responsible for the product vision, strategy and roadmap of Suva’s central AI agent platform and develop it further together with the relevant stakeholders.
- You prioritize requirements from the specialist departments as well as development and product teams and ensure that the platform creates measurable added value for the company.
- Working closely with architecture, security, machine learning and development teams, you ensure that AI agent services are delivered securely, scalable and user-friendly.
- You define the functionality of platform services, self-service offerings and agentic AI capabilities and control their implementation along the product strategy.
- You will recognize opportunities for the use of AI agents, multi-agent systems and agent-based business processes and translate them into concrete product and implementation initiatives. What you bring
- You have a university degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a comparable education.
- As a product owner, product manager, business analyst or in a similar role, you have gained several years of experience in the development and control of digital products.
- You will have experience working with software development, platform or cloud teams and understand technical contexts and modern architecture principles.
- With agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban you are familiar with and have experience in the management of backlogs, roadmaps and stakeholder expectations (SAFe knowledge is an advantage).
- You are interested in modern AI technologies, large language models and agentic AI and want to actively shape their productive use in the corporate environment.
