- They support the start of production of new systems directly at the customer's premises – from commissioning and ramp-up of the system to troubleshooting, fault elimination and optimization of the casting process.
- They optimize production and ensure the function and availability of the systems at our international customers.
Main responsibilities
- They support the start of production of new systems directly at the customer's premises – from commissioning and ramp-up of the system to troubleshooting, fault elimination and optimization of the casting process.
- They optimize production and ensure the function and availability of the systems at our international customers.
- They define process parameters, develop them further and actively contribute to the stability, efficiency and quality of the production processes in die casting.
- You monitor and analyse quality data, identify causes at committee and initiate appropriate corrective measures.
Application process
- In this exciting position as a process technician: in die casting, you represent application technology and act as a central interface between customers, development, engineering and customer service – both internationally at the customer and in the test laboratory.
- You work closely with our development department, support application engineering development projects, run experimental installations in the laboratory and are in use internationally with a travel activity of up to 60%. Requirements:
- Completed training as plant and equipment manufacturer:in, automatic operator:in, polymechanic:in, electrician:in, agricultural machine mechanic:in, automotive mechatronics engineer:in or a comparable training
- Ideally experience in commissioning, process optimization or application technology
- Basic knowledge in metallurgy, flow technology and thermodynamics of advantage
- Knowledge in electrical engineering/electronics as well as in hydraulic components desirable
