- As center management, you take over the higher-level personnel and professional leadership and ensure the organization and development of the offers
- They represent the institutional topics from the center within the clinic management and support the further development of the offer of the overall clinic.
- They participate in specialist committees, projects and working groups of the PDAG and shape public relations work in cooperation with the clinic management
- In cooperation with the members of the clinic management, you are responsible for achieving the quality and performance requirements
- You participate in the further education program of the clinic and the student course according to the requirements as a teaching hospital and the criteria as a further education institution of category A
- You participate in the KJP specialist background service Requirements
- You have a specialist title in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy FMH or a MEBEKO recognised equivalent education and professional experience
- They like to lead interdisciplinary teams, have leadership experience and have ideally also trained in this area.
- They have empathy and assertiveness and are characterized by self-competence, resilience and very good communicative skills and manners
