  • Design, develop, and optimize battery and power management systems for hearing instruments and charging solutions
  • Specify, integrate, and validate power management circuits for rechargeable and non-rechargeable battery systems
  • Evaluate, specify, integrate, and optimize Power Management ICs (PMICs) and related power conversion architectures for future hearing instruments and charging systems
  • Define and implement battery management algorithms and power strategies, including State of Charge and State of Health estimation, charging behavior, protection mechanisms, and energy optimization
  • Collaborate closely with hardware and firmware teams to ensure robust integration of battery and power management functions into the overall hearing instrument and charger architecture
  • Develop and validate electrical and system-level models for power consumption, load profiles, and battery behavior under different operating conditions
  • Analyze and debug complex power-related system issues, driving root-cause identification and resolution
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of power management platforms, methods, and development processes, and stay informed about emerging technologies and trends
