- independently carry out individual and group therapies and design individual therapy and training programs
- select suitable, needs-based tools and integrate them specifically into the therapy
- use appropriate therapeutic methods, ADL training and modern technologies, depending on the subject area
- work closely with other therapeutic disciplines, care and other specialist areas
- document your services completely and ensure a tariff-compliant performance recording
- actively contribute to the further development of our therapeutic offerings and internal processes
