Role overview
Holistic supervision of the medication process: You accompany our residents through all phases of medical care – from prescription to safe application – and ensure an individual, professional care
- Pharmaceutical advice and expertise: You are a competent contact person for home doctors as well as the nursing and therapy team and handle pharmaceutical inquiries with high professionalism and commitment
Interface management: You ensure safe and coordinated medication supply in the transition between inpatient and outpatient care and promote efficient communication between all parties involved
- Quality-oriented cooperation: You are actively involved in the further development of our quality management and work closely with different professional groups to continuously improve the supply of medicines
Knowledge transfer: You pass on your pharmaceutical know-how in a practical and comprehensible manner to the medical team, the nursing care and the therapy team and thus promote professional exchange and joint development
Deputy Head of Pharmacy: During the absence of the Head of Pharmacy, you take over the professional deputy and ensure that the medication supply and team run smoothly
- a completed pharmacy degree – ideally supplemented by experience in clinical or hospital pharmacy
- a precise and responsible way of working as well as sound computer science skills, which you use specifically in everyday work
