• Preferred employment in day and evening shifts, with night shifts as needed
• Specialized and patient-centered care of our patients
• Accompanying patients in crisis situations
• Organization and implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic orders, extended to external applications such as wraps, dressings, ointment dressings, foot baths, and rhythmic rubbing according to Wegman/Hauschka
• Management of one's own work area and ensuring the care process
• Participation in the care of trainees and students on the ward
• Coordination and delegation of measures necessary for treatment
• Goal- and solution-oriented collaboration in an interdisciplinary treatment team
• Active participation in one's responsible position
• Requirements
• You have completed your training as a healthcare professional HF and are interested in holistic care
• In this regard, you have an interest in anthroposophic care and medicine
• You have an empathetic and respectful attitude towards patients and their relatives
• Furthermore, you value team-oriented and interprofessional work
• You are aware of your own role and have the ability to act and behave appropriately in different situations
• Ideally, you have experience in acute and/or long-term care
