Tasks: • They ensure the development and quality of care at the Center for Intensive Care Medicine (ZIM) in cooperation with the nursing management and are jointly responsible for the creation and implementation of care concepts. • Together with other care experts and team members, your expertise and practice-oriented approach will make a valuable contribution to various project groups. • They are responsible for competent and patient-oriented care of patients, make assignments in direct care in all shifts and support students in their professional development. • Your place of work is an interdisciplinary intensive care unit with state-of-the-art workstations and comprehensive infrastructure Requirements • You are an expert in intensive care NDS HF, have an equivalent specialist training in intensive care or are a certified nursing specialist FH with experience in intensive care. In addition, you have completed a bachelor's and/or master's degree in nursing or are ready to complete it • The further development of care processes and the recognition of patient needs give you great pleasure • They like challenging situations and always keep the necessary vision and a cool head • You are an empathetic, integrating personality with a high level of service and customer orientation as well as strong communication skills, which carries out your profession with a lot of heart and commitment We offer: • In cooperation with the nursing experts Level 1 and the nursing expert Level 2, you are responsible for the further development of nursing care. • You work in a high degree of independence and self-responsibility and have the opportunity to expand your network through your interdisciplinary work. • A state-of-the-art hospital information system that digitally and comprehensively maps the entire patient process and lists all patient data at any time and up-to-date supports you around the clock. • Through our wide variety of educational offers, you benefit from targeted and individual promotion and skills development.
