Main responsibilities
- Your area of operation includes three special wards (depression & stress-related illnesses, rehabilitation, residential psychiatry)
- Work in direct clinical practice in collaboration with the social networks Advice and coaching of the treatment teams
- Further development of interdisciplinary treatment concepts with the involvement of the target groups
- Design, implementation and evaluation of workshops
- Management and collaboration in internal and regional projects
- Professional leadership and collaboration with the nursing specialists as well as within the nursing expert team
- Participation in subject-specific networks and participation Congresses
- Co-supervision of student internships (Bachelor/Master) Requirements:
- Completed master's degree in nursing science or willingness to complete it
- Professional experience as a nurse in a psychiatric environment
