Application process
- Its field of application comprises five acute care units: 3 general psychiatric units in Lucerne and 2 in Sarnen, with a new treatment concept (integrated care in all settings from stationary to hometreatment with "Weddinger model" and "Open Dialogue").
- Work in direct clinical practice in collaboration with social networks
- Counselling and coaching of treatment teams
- Further development of interdisciplinary treatment concepts involving the target groups
- Design, implementation and evaluation of workshops
- Management and cooperation in internal and regional projects
- Professional leadership and cooperation with the specialist care representatives as well as within the care expert team
- Participation in specialist networks and participation in congresses Student internships (Bachelor/Master)
