Main responsibilities
- They coordinate the scheduling of appointments for examinations and consultation hours in the ambulatory of the heart center and process telephone and written appointment requests
- As a contact person for patients, referees, doctors and internal interfaces, you ensure professional communication and a smooth flow of information.
- Your area of responsibility includes the editing, formatting and sending of office hours reports as well as general secretarial tasks, the digitization and archiving of documents as well as the management of office materials.
- They process internal and external assignments, record SAP cases, process medical documents and ensure their correct forwarding to the responsible doctors. Requirements
- They have completed basic medical training with additional training as medical secretary or Medical secretary and ideally bring professional experience in health care
