Main responsibilities
- You support and advise the employees and managers of your branch with passion and an open door policy
- You manage the personnel administration with left and make sure that everything runs smoothly
- You are also actively involved in recruiting, from demand planning to successful onboarding
- You maintain our HR systems and ensure that all relevant information is always at hand
- You keep an eye on the health of employees and also have discussions in cooperation with the managers
- You are interested in numbers and in between you also like to deal with analysis and controlling work
