- You are responsible for recalls and returns (warranty and supplier returns) from initiation to execution control – including international coordination.
- You ensure the timely processing and billing of e-returns (simplified guarantee exchange) and control billing of freight forwarders and external service providers.

Main responsibilities
- You are responsible for recalls and returns (warranty and supplier returns) from initiation to execution control – including international coordination.
- You ensure the timely processing and billing of e-returns (simplified guarantee exchange) and control billing of freight forwarders and external service providers.
- You coordinate returns to international suppliers.
- You control and monitor end-to-end procurement processes in import processing (Europe & the Far East), including customs clearance, calculation, receipt of goods as well as the control of billing of freight forwarders and external service providers.
- You ensure international payment processing (including letters of credit) and coordinate cooperation with banks, forwarders and external partners as well as export processing for B2B. Requirements
- You bring a completed basic training in the commercial sector or comparable.
- You have relevant professional experience in the import, export or logistics sector.
- Knowledge of International Freight Forwarding, Customs Tariffation, Warehouse Management and International Payment Security.
- You have good knowledge of SAP R3/S4, as well as MS-Office Palette.
