Your tasks
- You accompany children and adolescents who live in their residential group, including their living and developmental spaces.
- You are responsible for individual comprehensive cases with a systemic focus in parental cooperation.
- You actively participate in team meetings, supervision and systemic and psychiatric specialist and case counselling.
- You work in specialist groups and ensure professional development and funding planning.
Your profile
- Studies in Social Education/Social Work (FH/HF) or comparable education
- As a trustworthy person, you meet people in an appreciative and committed way.
- In conflicts, you act calmly and decisively.
- You work solution-oriented and also tackle challenging situations with a pinch of humor.
- You estimate irregular working hours (evening, night and sometimes weekend service)
