- You will take on the technical responsibility for payroll and social insurance and ensure correct and timely payroll processing for the LUKS Group
- As deputy to the Head of Payroll, you will support the team in technical and operational issues and contribute to a reliable service
- You have several years of experience in payroll processing, in-depth expertise in payroll, social insurance, labor law and withholding tax, as well as further training as a social security specialist with a federal diploma.
Main responsibilities
- You will take on the technical responsibility for payroll and social insurance and ensure correct and timely payroll processing for the LUKS Group
- As deputy to the Head of Payroll, you will support the team in technical and operational issues and contribute to a reliable service
- Independent processing of EO benefits as well as ensuring correct billing in all areas of social security
- Collaboration in HR and Payroll projects, preparation of evaluations and reports as well as active participation in the design of processes and system optimizations in SAP HCM Requirements:
- Specialist certificate or a comparable qualification

Key requirements
