Role overview

Reporting to the Partnerships Director, the Partnerships Coordinator will provide day-to-day operational support in managing and optimizing the Group's interests across private joint venture (JV) companies.

These JVs are private-to-private alliances formed specifically to develop and capture Business-to-Government (B2G) market opportunities.

The Partnerships Coordinator will act as the operational anchor, ensuring smooth collaboration between SICPA and its private local partners as they jointly deploy SICPA solutions to government clients. ROLE JV and Partnership Governance & Compliance

Main responsibilities

  • Ensure a clear division of responsibilities between both private parties regarding B2G target pursuits.
  • Facilitate the collection and sharing of technical knowledge, marketing assets and product updates from Headquarters to local partners' commercial teams.
  • Proactively flag delays, missing inputs, misalignments or sensitive topics requiring management attention.
  • Draft, structure and coordinate communications with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Maintain organized records, action logs, decision trackers and open-point lists for recurring partnership topics. Due Diligence and Ventures Coordination
  • Coordinate due diligence activities in the context of potential acquisitions of majority and minority shareholdings.
  • Interact with internal stakeholders across Business, Technology, Operations, Legal & IP, HR and Finance functions to ensure the delivery of standardized and comprehensive reports supporting decision-making.
  • Facilitate SICPA's representation as a shareholder in minority stakes acquired in the past.
  • Assess the potential of current ventures and propose alternatives to maximize their value. PROFILE
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Corporate Law or a related field.
