As a teacher in the surgical area, they work at the Lucerne, Sursee and Wolhusen locations.

We are looking for reinforcement for our team with immediate effect or by appointment.

Tasks

• You advise, support and accompany our students in the various surgical areas individually and in a learning goal-oriented manner and are responsible for the implementation of qualification procedures
• You are responsible for the implementation as well as preparation and follow-up of teaching sequences
• The cooperation and advice of vocational trainers as well as the support of surgical technique specialists in educational topics are among your daily challenges
• You are actively involved in the development of innovations: Development of work and assessment instruments and teaching sequences, cooperation in the further development of the training concept Requirements:
• You have successfully completed your training as a certified specialist in surgical technique HF
• You have 2 years of professional experience in a surgical area
• Advantageously, you have pedagogical experience and/or pedagogical training
• Your communicative, empathetic and solution-oriented personality rounds off your profile We offer:
