- You share employees in line with your needs and ensure that production goals are achieved in quantity, quality and deadlines.
- You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a comparable environment.: You have practical experience in the food sector.
- Completed vocational training (EFZ): as a mercger, baker, confiseur or food technolog or a comparable training. A technical training / technical A-Finance is desirable.
Main responsibilities
- You manage and coordinate the daily business in production and ensure a smooth shift flow.
- You share employees in line with your needs and ensure that production goals are achieved in quantity, quality and deadlines.
- You manage your team in terms of personnel and expertise and actively support employees in everyday operations.
- You accompany your employees in everyday work, promote their professional and personal development and recognize potential in the team.
- You train employees, accompany new products professionally and support the general utilization of your software.
- You control, manage and optimize the production area with a focus on performance improvement, reject reduction and quality improvement.
- You develop existing processes in your own area and advance continuous improvements in the shop floor.
- You ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality guidelines and order in the workplace.
- You promote an appreciative, team-oriented collaboration and actively promote our culture in everyday work.
Key requirements
- You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a comparable environment.: You have practical experience in the food sector.
- Completed vocational training (EFZ): as a mercger, baker, confiseur or food technolog or a comparable training. A technical training / technical A-Finance is desirable.
- You have experience in personnel management and understand how to lead a smaller team professionally and personnel.
- You ideally bring several years of experience in the area of lean or in continuous improvement with.
- You are convinced with openness for change and a good, team-oriented cooperation.
- You have good physical conditions for working in the production environment.
