- In der Oberarztrolle übernehmen Sie Tutorate und Führungsfunktion für Assistenzärzte sowie pharmakologisches Coaching von Psychologen und werden in dieser Aufgabe vom Ärztlichen Leiter Ambulatorium unterstützt.
- Therapeutisch arbeiten Sie vorwiegend selbständig in unserem interdisziplinären Team des Ambulatoriums mit psychisch erkrankten Menschen aus dem gesamten diagnostischen Spektrum.
- Sie nehmen diese in ihren komplexen Lebensbezügen sowie ihren Kompetenzen und Ressourcen wahr.
- Beziehungskonstanz in der Fallführung und respektvolles Verhandeln mit den Betroffenen auf Augenhöhe sind wichtige Behandlungsansätze in unserem Dienst.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit zuweisenden Stellen in einem multiprofessionellen Team zusammen. Anforderungen:
- Für die vorwiegend selbständige Arbeit erwarten wir eine abgeschlossene oder weit fortgeschrittene Facharztausbildung Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie.
- Sie sind eine teamorientierte Persönlichkeit, welche sich für Sozialpsychiatrie interessiert und Freude am Beruf hat.
