• coordinate and organize the provision of services internally and externally from reception to exit
• Responsibility for the entire care process (care diagnostics according to NANDA) as well as electronic care documentation
• delegate tasks in accordance with the situation and competence, coaching of the nursing staff in professional matters (daily responsibility)
