- Together with your team, you ensure a smooth operation of the outpatient orthopaedic consultation hours and take responsibility for the consultation hours planning and the efficient appointment coordination

Main responsibilities
- Together with your team, you ensure a smooth operation of the outpatient orthopaedic consultation hours and take responsibility for the consultation hours planning and the efficient appointment coordination
- They receive our patients warmly and competently, advise them individually on site and by telephone and act as central contact for internal and external bodies.
- They independently carry out blood sampling, assist in infiltrations and assist in the adaptation of aids
- In addition, you take on a wide range of administrative tasks and thus make an important contribution to a smooth everyday practice. Requirements
- You have completed medical training, preferably as an MPA or medical secretary and already have experience in the health care sector
- You are well-versed in medical terminology and have very good IT skills that you can use safely in everyday work.
- You practice your profession with passion and commitment, like to actively participate in change processes and convince through strong teamwork skills
