Tasks

• Working with the maintenance and further development of the DKF internal quality management system
• Support for clinical research groups in the development and maintenance of study/research group-specific quality management systems
• Support for clinical research groups and DKF teams in the preparation and review of standard operating procedures
• Supporting study teams in audits and inspections (especially Swissmedic and Ethics Commission Northwest and Central Switzerland) incl. Preparation, monitoring and production of CAPA plans
• Implementation of employee training in the field of competence Requirements:
• Practical experience in building and maintaining quality management systems in the life science sector
• First practical experience in conducting and supporting audits and inspections, ideally in the context of clinical studies (equivalent training and further training are of advantage)
• Creative problem-solving competence, a sharp look for details and a result-oriented approach
• Customer and service-oriented personality with very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Self-working and communication and organizational talent, flexibility and team skills We offer:
