This is what you do with us: you support our brokers as well as insurance and pension advisors: inside the day business and keep their backs off administratively. In doing so, you coordinate dates, process applications, first offer and actively support market processing measures. Thanks to your experience, you quickly recognize customer needs and find suitable insurance solutions with added value. With your accommodating, solution-oriented way, you convert inquiries from our brokers into tailor-made offers and convincing solutions. You work independently, reliably and with a high level of quality – even in challenging situations – and make an important contribution to professional and efficient customer support.

• Complete commercial training, ideally in the insurance industry
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the private insurance business
• Self-employed, structured and customer-oriented work
• High service orientation as well as networked thinking
• Motivated, committed and thoughtful personality
