Their tasks
- Professional, medical and personnel leadership together with a specialist psychologist from the interdisciplinary team
- Co-design and implementation of projects of professional and institutional development
- Monitoring of departmental objectives
- Background and consultancy services
- Networking and exchange with external assignments and specialist bodies
- If interested, conduct expert opinions on various issues
- Integrated psychiatric-psychotherapeutic work including case management for selected patients and group therapy as well as ensuring the medical-psychiatric treatment quality for all patients
