Main responsibilities
- Together with your teammates, you will coordinate and plan the consultation hours in the fields of gastroenterology, cardiology and infectiology

- Depending on the workload, you can also support the medical secretariat, open outpatient cases in SAP, create and send reports and process assignments. Requirements
- You have completed medical or commercial training with further training as medical secretary
- They work organized, keep an overview even in a lively environment and coordinate appointments reliably
- They meet patients as well as internal and external contact persons in a friendly, empathetic and service-oriented manner.
