- You are responsible for the collection of patient data in SAP and PathoWin+ as well as the reporting of the 15 specialists by revising the reports by means of voice recognition or writing from Diktaphon
- Together with your teammates, you are responsible for the smooth running of the various tasks in the secretariat, while you do not have any physical patient contact.

Main responsibilities

- You support the Chief Medical Secretariat and the Cytology Secretariat in general secretarial work Requirements
- You have already gained valuable experience in a similar position and have, in addition to a completed vocational training as a pharmaceutical assistant, MPA or dental assistant, a further training as a doctor's secretary.
