Main responsibilities
- You are responsible for controlling, correcting and sending out operations, exit and office hours reports
- You independently process insurance enquiries and cost codes
- You act as the first contact person for patients: inside, family doctor: inside, health insurance funds, insurance companies as well as internal inquiries and are responsible for the administration of the secretarial mailbox and hotline
- They perform the billing of recipes and reports
- In the absence of teamwork: you take on deputy tasks
