We are looking for a task for the pilot and construction of a new health control centre in the field of emergency trials as well as the assessment and mediation of health services in the Canton of Lucerne by appointment:

• They receive calls via the cantonal health control centre, act according to medical urgency and carry out initial assessments as well as consultations on the phone and video telephony.

They provide patients with appropriate medical care – such as emergency doctors, hospitals, rescue services or the Spitex

• They work with modern query software for decision support and bear the responsibility for a careful case management and complete documentation
• As part of the medical emergency call center 144 Central Switzerland, you work in 24/7 shift operation and actively contribute to the development and development of the health control center – in particular in the areas of process and quality management requirements:
• They have a completed training as FaGe, MPA, nursing professional HF or rescue assistant in HF as well as several years of professional experience in a medical environment or in an emergency practice.
