Tasks

• They supervise the office hours from various departments of the Department of Surgery and assist in small sterile surgical procedures and in infiltrations
• In addition, your work includes the care of patients before, during and after the investigations and the sharing of telephone information
• In addition to medical tasks, you perform various administrative activities and are responsible for appointment management
• They ensure that the office hours operate smoothly and that all administrative processes are designed efficiently:
• You bring a completed training as a medical practice assistant/medical practice assistant and already have professional experience in the field of surgery
• Your reliable and accurate working, paired with resilience and team skills, make you a valuable member of our team
• Thanks to your distinctive organizational stylus, you can also keep an overview in hectic situations and contribute to the efficiency of the workflow
