- Solid experience in medical coding, DRG system with ICD 10 and CHOP, and billing and treatment processes in the hospital

Main responsibilities
- Timely and audit-proof coding of all disciplines for inpatient treatment according to the applicable coding rules (BfS guidelines, SwissDRG)
- Support in the continuous improvement of the documentation and coding quality and the interfaces to hospital operations
- Assistance in processing health insurance rejections
- Interdisciplinary collaboration Requirements:
- Profound experience in medical coding, the DRG system with ICD 10 and CHOP as well as the billing and treatment processes in the hospital
- Training as a doctor or nurse with additional training (e.g.
- IPS, anesthesia, surgery, emergency) ideally with a federal specialist certificate
- Structured, independent and careful way of working with a high sense of responsibility
