Tasks: • Medical, organizational and economic overall responsibility for the clinic of general internal medicine at the Sursee site • Strategic and conceptual development of the clinic based on the medical strategy of the LUKS Group • Ensuring the highest quality standards in diagnostics and therapy • They take over the professional leadership and personnel leadership of the medical team and are responsible for medical further education and the training of assistant doctors WB category B • You take responsibility for budget, resource management and economic development of the clinic. • Representation of the clinic inside and outside the hospital as well as strengthening regional and national networks, as well as maintaining the existing network with family doctors / referrals • They support the planning of the new building and the associated organizational development Requirements • Specialist title General internal medicine, additional qualification such as e.g. EMBA, sonography tutor, Master of Medical Education beneficial • Very broad and proven internalist expertise • Several years of leadership experience as a cadre doctor is advantageous • Excellent leadership, social and communication skills as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation • Sound knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system • Strategic, innovative thinking and interest in continuous clinical and organizational development • Interest and understanding of business relationships as well as openness with regard to digitalization We offer: • Management and further development of one of the clinics in a very well-positioned regional hospital with close links to the Lucerne Center Hospital • Exciting leading role at the Sursee location – within a dynamic, university hospital group with a clear future strategy • Close interdisciplinary cooperation both at the Sursee location and in the LUKS Group • Attractive employment conditions and an appreciative, collegial working environment
