Clinical activity

Provide outpatient psychiatric consultations (diagnostic assessment, development and follow-up of therapeutic projects) to meet the quality and billing objectives of the Arc Network.

Manage complex clinical situations within the ambulatory field.

Main responsibilities

  • Specific responsibilities in addition to the above:
  • Participation in telephone pickets and weekend stays, organized and shared among all FMH Psychiatric Executives in the Mental Health Department
  • Flexibility, versatility, proactivity and resilience will be key to evolving and contributing in this challenging context.
  • You also hold the title of FMH specialist (or equivalent) in psychiatry.
  • You are fluent in French and German at a C1
  • C2 level ideally.
  • You have a confirmed experience in outpatient psychiatry.
  • An experience in accompanying patients in acute psychiatric care would be a valuable asset. A significant academic experience would also be desired.
  • You have strong listening, analysis and decision-making skills and are able to manage stressful and complex situations effectively.
  • You are autonomous in your practice while respecting the protocols and values of the establishment.

  • You have a diploma as a psychiatrist with a specialization in adult psychiatry, recognized by the Swiss authorities (MEBEKO).
