Tasks

• Events and sponsoring events: Coordination of Orthotec presences at sports, customer and partner events including material, advertising and logistics management.
• Sponsorship: Administrative support and further development of sponsorship activities as well as securing agreed sponsorship services.
• Give-aways and advertising materials: Planning, procurement and management of give-aways, advertising materials and event materials.
• Website: Maintenance, updating and further development of website content in cooperation with the mediamatist.
• Newsletter: Content support for newsletter marketing measures.
• Content: Collaboration in the creation of communication content for Orthotec channels.
• Further development: cooperation in projects and process optimizations in marketing.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a basic training and have further training in the field of marketing & communication (e.g. marketing specialist).
• You have proven experience in organizing and coordinating events and marketing activities.
• Your distinctive organizational skills as well as a team-oriented and independent working method distinguish you.
• You have stylish German and a good feeling for target group-oriented communication for the topics of mobility, rehabilitation, health and sports.
• You appreciate the variety between office life and events and represent Orthotec with the necessary flexibility on site at selected events.
• A secure use of digital work equipment and common office applications round off your profile.
