Professional maintenance (a) We are an initiative, modern and future-oriented logistics company with headquarters in Schachen/LU. Thanks to our motivated staff and a high quality of service, we are on course for success! To strengthen our cross-location maintenance team in Lucerne and Chess, we are looking for a team member as a specialist for maintenance. Task area
- Maintenance of company premises (field, garden and winter service work)
- Supervision and monitoring of external maintenance work on infrastructure and building technology
- Resolve disruptions and perform minor repairs to infrastructure and building services
- Planning and carrying out regular inspection and maintenance work
- Training of apprentice professional / employee maintenance EFZ (department of domestic service)
- Maintenance services
- Participation and joint responsibility in the preparation of internal and external audits
- Support for pre- and post-processing work for special occasions
Requirement profile
- training as a specialist in business maintenance EFZ (department in domestic service) with at least three years of professional practice in the teaching area, or
- Training in a related profession with at least five years of professional practice in the teaching area
- Willingness to work at different locations
- Willingness to work on one to two Saturdays per month as well as to provide one week per month of piketting or winter service
- High flexibility
- Self-employed and dutiful work
- High resilience and good physical condition
- Good oral and written knowledge of German
- Driving licence Cat. B provided that forklift and lift work platform training is advantageous
- Training for vocational trainers is beneficial
