Role overview

As managing director, you are responsible for the economic success of your sales outlet.

• You know: If you support and motivate your employees, you and your team will successfully implement sales promotion measures.

• Our demanding customers are enthusiastic about the way you advise them competently and courteously.

• You ensure optimal merchandise management and ensure that your sales point makes you want to shop.

You create the personnel deployment plan including cost control and take over branch administration.

• Requirements - Are you convincing in sales and have experience in leadership?

• Your professional training in the food sector has made you a professional.

You are commercially competent thanks to further training.

• You know German very well – verbally and in writing.

• Several years of experience in the industry?
