- You support and guide our customers throughout their training, create training plans, and motivate them as an excellent service provider
- You are responsible for ensuring personnel and operational processes, as well as leading and developing your employees and apprentices
- Completed basic or advanced training: Fitness Instructor (federal diploma or equivalent) with valid BLS/AED certificate
- Several years of leadership experience in a similar position
Main responsibilities
- You support and guide our customers throughout their training, create training plans, and motivate them as an excellent service provider
- You are responsible for ensuring personnel and operational processes, as well as leading and developing your employees and apprentices
- You ensure cleanliness and hygiene within the studio
- You actively acquire future customers, create contracts, organize staff scheduling, and are responsible for various other administrative tasks
- You implement the corporate strategy and represent the company internally and externally
- You are responsible for the budget, goals, and quality assurance, working closely with superiors Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience in a similar position
- Very good industry knowledge, well-networked, and strong in sales
- Above-average understanding of service and a winning personality
- Flexible and happy to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Key requirements
