Tasks: Acceptance of goods

• Daily acceptance and inspection of receipt of goods
• Use of SAP GUI with the modules MM and WM and the mobile application SAP FIORI for daily work
• General and departmental distribution of parcel mail in the hospital
• Deliver area-specific requirements for department using SAP FIORI Storage management
• Ensuring orderly and adequate storage
• Inventory monitoring / warehouse management using SAP GUI and SAP FIORI
• Professional storage in accordance with applicable storage principles Order processing
• Order picking and delivery of demand requirements
• Processing of returns and re-invitation OP logistics
• Warehouse management with SAP and ConSense
• Internal transport from the drop truck between the central surgical warehouse and the decentralised surgical warehouse
• Checking hook wagons and refilling by ERP system (SAP GUI) Application ConSense
• Timely picking and provision of the drop wagons
• Return processing and re-stocking in the central operating room Other activities
• Active support in the picking process
• Printing and copying work for internal forms
• Expiry data checks according to quality specifications
• Assistance with inventories and internal transport
• Participation in training
• Compliance with hygiene and quality guidelines
• Work as a vocational trainer
• Inventory support Requirements
• Completed vocational apprenticeship as logistician/in EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in logistics
• Good user knowledge SAP GUI MM/WM and SAP FIORI
• Good MS-Office knowledge
• Independent, reliable and exact working method
• High service and customer orientation
• Physical resilience and flexibility
• Team-capable, communicative and responsible personality
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Vocational training course of advantage or willingness to complete it
• Experience in accompanying learners and trainees/practitioners is advantageous We offer:
