For the Tertianum Sternmatt in the Lucerne region we are looking for an / an
Head of Care and Care 100%
Their tasks
- Responsible for the quality and implementation of the service mandate and the maintenance process
- Further development of the care & care area for our 33 care guests
- Controlling quality and productivity (bed occupancy, performance recording in the CareCoach)
- Adherence to budgetary requirements and achievement of the objectives of the area
- Organisation and coordination of the various stakeholders (members, family doctors, other organisations and institutions as well as insurance companies)
- Management of nurses
- Recruitment and further development process of employees
- Close cooperation with site management and management
Your profile
- Completed training for/for dipl. FH/HF/DNII nurse or equivalent training recognised by the SRC
- Professional and leadership experience in long-term care with people with dementia beneficial
- At least 1-2 years of management experience as management nursing & support or at least 3-4 years of professional experience as group management
- Dynamic leader
- Secure communication in the German language in word and writing
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- High empathy and special team skills
