Tasks

• You lead a team of three specialists in terms of expertise and personnel and create the conditions for a competent and trusting cooperation
• Responsibility for timely and qualitatively flawless processing of wages including end-of-year work, withholding taxes and social insurance as well as for compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• They advise employees and managers competently on wage and social security issues and represent the LUKS to authorities, social insurance and audit bodies
• Active participation in cross-divisional projects as well as further development of payroll processes through digitization, automation and continuous optimization

Requirements

• You have advanced training in the field of payroll, social insurance or human resources, several years of professional experience in a comparable function and very good knowledge of SAP HCM and MS Office. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR systems is an advantage
• Several years of management experience as well as the ability to accompany employees in an appreciative manner, to provide orientation and to promote their professional and personal development
• They work analytically, structured and quality-consciously and recognize potential for the optimization and digitalization of processes
• Strong consulting and communication skills as well as the ability to convey complex issues in an understandable way and to work successfully with different stakeholders
