For Raiffeisenbank Lucerne, a successful and locally oriented bank with offices in Lucerne, Ebikon, Root and Littau, we are looking for a personality as Head of Sales.

What awaits you?

• Assessment of market potential and creation of a sales concept for effective and efficient market development on the basis of strategic guidelines and ensuring operational implementation
• Establishing a sales culture by defining and implementing advisory principles and standards and appropriate support measures
• Creation and coordination of the sales plan taking into account target group-specific marketing and sales activities as well as further development in coordination with marketing
• Definition of distribution objectives by department in coordination with the bank management
• Support of the department management in the definition of targets at the level of employees
• Empowerment and coaching of customer advisors in the application of consulting principles and sales culture
• technical management of the distribution organisation
• Supervision and control of sales targets at the level of the bank as a whole and preparation of regular reporting on behalf of the bank management
• Professional responsibility Insurance and / or support in the area of financial and pension planning

What do you bring?

• Completed banking training or similar training
• Higher completed training (HF, FH)
• Several years of experience in sales
• Leadership experience
• Enjoyment of daily cooperation with our customer advisors
