Your area of activity

• Overall responsibility: responsibility for the vocational training of learners in German and French Switzerland
• Strategic development: further development of the training strategy and introduction of new impulses for a modern and future-oriented learning culture
• Recruitment & Employer Branding: Gaining new learners and strengthening the employer attractiveness of OTTO'S as a training company
• Accompaniment of learners: supervision, promotion and support of learners throughout the training period
• Support for vocational trainers: coaching, advice and qualification of vocational trainers in the branches and departments of logistics and central administration
• Quality assurance: Ensuring administration as well as compliance and further development of high quality standards
• Deputy: Full Deputy Head of Training and active participation in the further development of the training area

Your profile

• Training: Completed basic training with further training in HR, vocational training or business administration
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in vocational training in the retail trade as well as in the development and further development of training structures
• Skills: Affinity to digital media and learning platforms as well as good knowledge of the Swiss educational landscape
• Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and French
