• You will independently process medication cases outside the specialty list and benefit cases in all areas of social health insurance.
• You communicate with service providers and insured persons in writing and by telephone.
• You conduct negotiations with service providers and manufacturers.
• Retrospective recoveries round off your area of responsibility.
• In addition, you work in projects within the team performance audits.

You bring that with you

• You have completed a basic training in the medical or commercial field.
• In the service management of a social health insurance you have already gained professional experience and bring in-depth expertise in the service area (preferably Art. 71a-d KVV). This is an absolute requirement.
• As an assertive person, you are able to communicate verbally and in writing individually. Your way of working is accurate and efficient.
• If you also have good knowledge of French, this is an advantage.
