Are you a well-established and enthusiastic personality who has good manners, an interest in banking and enjoyment of customer contact? Then you may soon be our new team member.

Tasks

During your three-year training, you will gain insight into different departments and will be used in the following work situations:

• Receiving and forwarding bank customers
• Banking clients advise
• Supporting bank customers via digital channels
• Assistance in advising customers
• Administrative pre- and post-processing of banking transactions
• Cooperation in projects and organisation of events such as trial days
• Insight into marketing

In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. You can complete the training with us either as an EFZ (Federal Certificate of Ability) or with a professional degree. Industry education takes place at the CYP in Root and the Vocational School in Lucerne.

Requirements

School

• Completed secondary school level A with good grades or level B with very good grades
• Very good behavioral grades (social skills)
• Very good knowledge of German, oral & writing
