Tasks: • They accompany and promote learners and students in the field of surgery and medicine, individual and learning goal-oriented and are responsible for the qualification procedures, certificates of competence and selection procedures • They advise and support vocational trainers and nurses in the departments in pedagogical topics • They are responsible for the planning, preparation, implementation and follow-up of teaching sequences, and pedagogical training • You will contribute to the adaptation of the training concept as well as the development of work and assessment tools Requirements • They have their education as Dipl. Nursing professional FH completed • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in acute care and advantageously have practical pedagogical experience and the vocational trainer course or are ready to complete it • You have good German (verbal and written) as well as PC knowledge (Word, PowerPoint) • You are an empathetic, integrity and strong communication personality We offer: • You can obtain the federal certificate trainer • We offer you the possibility of independently planning and organizing your work area • A varied and exciting working environment with young people and young adults awaits you • You benefit from flexible working hours of MO-FR between 06.30 to 18.00
