• Preparation, implementation and follow-up of teaching (basics of floristics, materials science and techniques, introduction and deepening in floral design, customer advice)

Requirements

• Proven teaching experience in adult education: in the relevant subject area or in a comparable function
• Completed basic or further training: as a florist with a federal certificate, master florist or an equivalent education
• Customer-oriented, well-groomed and courteous appearance
• Independent, flexible and reliable personality
• Provide specialist knowledge varied, participant- and goal-oriented and inspire enthusiasm
• Joy of teaching small to medium-sized groups of adults
• Creative ideas and contemporary, creative repertoire in the field of floristry
• Suitable and ready to organize the ordering and collection of fresh flowers at flower exchanges
• German (very good knowledge)

Recruitment process

• Submit application documents: For a complete application, we need your CV, certificates and diplomas. A photo in the CV and a letter of motivation are not necessary. • Expert Discussion: In a specialist discussion, specific knowledge relevant for the execution of the job is requested by the manager and/or another specialist and, if necessary, the team. If possible, there is time afterwards to get to know the workplace and team better in a free conversation. Duration to feedback: Up to three weeks
• Offer & Contract Exhibition (Digital): After our oral job offer, the most important contract points are verified again. After agreement, the contract is commissioned and sent for digital signature by e-mail. Duration to feedback: Up to one week
