Main responsibilities
- AI & Legaltech pioneer: You actively advance AI processes and legal tech solutions at USZ.
- This includes automated contract creation/examination, AI-supported research, the legal risk assessment of AI tools and the establishment of guidelines for dealing with AI models in everyday hospital life.
- Legal diversity: You advise the hospital management and the clinics in all legal matters of the hospital operation: in medical and health law, patient and research law, in public personnel and procurement law as well as contract law.
- Generalist:in or specialist:in: you choose – assignment over the entire legal breadth of the USZ or targeted deepening in your specific area of expertise.
- Practical advice: You work closely on projects in interdisciplinary teams.
- You have the direct line to the people who need your pragmatic assessment right now. Requirements
- The foundation: You have a successful legal degree (MLaw / License, additional training is an advantage) and bring in sound professional experience as a legal:r generalist:in.
- Familiarity with the healthcare sector is a plus, but not a must.
- The tech focus: You have a high level of digital competence and burn for the opportunities of AI.
- You have already implemented the first legal tech projects, accompanied their implementation or bring an appropriate additional training.
