Tasks

  • Development and implementation of projects to sustainably increase production efficiency, including their effectiveness control
  • Advancement of lean thinking in production
  • Maintenance and further development of shop floor management as well as production-related processes
  • Support of production in case of cause analysis and problem solving, as well as training of the necessary concepts such as A3 Ishikawa, PSP, DMAIC, etc.
  • Planning, organizing and conducting workshops on set-up time reduction, order and cleanliness (5S) requirements - Completed basic training in the technical field, studies in food technology, or comparable qualification - Experience in lean management, especially in the food or pharmaceutical industry, is of benefit.
